Details about who's driving, giving lifts etc.
Driving
* I can drive, I'll have Jeff with me, I could take 1 or 2 more people.
or,
* MB has offered to take his Nissan Patrol 4WD. He could fit 1 or 2 or 3 others.
* News as at 13-May - Owen can get the Thursday off now, so we'll all be there for the 3 nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat).
That means we can also probably travel together (in 2 cars), depending on what time on the Thursday everyone can leave Sydney. I can leave anytime on Thursday. We can sort that out later.
MB has offered to drive - his Patrol will be handy - and I don't mind taking my car (my petrol is free). I don't have roof racks, but I can poke skis through the split fold rear seat.
* Suggestions by Trem :-
. MB takes Phil M, and I take Jeff and Owen, or
. MB takes Phil M and Owen in the Patrol, and I take Jeff in my car

Parking
* Advice from Bob (manager of Corroboree Lodge) :-
There is no Overnight parking in Perisher and there is no vehicle access past the Perisher Ski Tube Terminal. This becomes Oversnow vehicle only when there is snow on the road
So you have to park at Bullocks Flat and ride the Ski-Tube up to Perisher Terminal. From there, you can transfer onto the Oversnow to bring you the rest of the way to us. The cost of the Oversnow is included in our Tariff.
An option is for you to use the 4WD to drive you all to Perisher to unload and transfer to the Oversnow transport to Corroboree. Then the driver can return down the mountain to Bullocks Flat, park the car there and ride the Ski-Tube by himself and eventually meet you all at Corroboree.
