Email from Corroboree Lodge to Trem - 20-Jul-14 :-
Dear Phil Tremble,
Your stay with us is less than a month away and we are looking forward to greeting you here on your arrival.
There are a number of things that we would like to bring to your attention to ensure a smooth transition onto the snow on your arrival.
As you may already be aware, there is no overnight parking at Perisher Valley so you will need to make your way to Perisher by Ski Tube, Bus or any other means that are at your disposal.
The Oversnow transport that is included in our Tariff is coordinated by Hans Oversnow. Their office and staff can be found at the Southern end inside the Perisher Ski Tube terminal. They will have your name and number of guests on their list to be transported to Corroboree on the day of arrival. It would be best if you could advise your estimated time of arrival to ensure that Hans have people available to minimise the waiting time for an Oversnow vehicle to be available. This is particularly important if you intend to arrive very early in the day, or very late in the night. Hans does operate 24 hours a day, however there may be a small surcharge if you arrive outside normal arrival times (7am to 7pm).
If necessary, Hans Oversnow can be contacted on 02 6457-5334.
Dietary Requirements.
We would like to take this opportunity to request you to advise and confirm any special dietary requirements of anyone in your group.
Final Payment.
The final payment for your reservation is due to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. We will charge to the same Credit Card that paid the deposit unless you advise by return. For those who paid by EFT, could you please remit the balance of funds due immediately.
I trust that this helps you and we are looking forward to seeing you at Corroboree Lodge.
Regards
Bob and Anna
